Engaging us for consultancy work

Submitting an enquiry through the contact form does not create a contract. Any consultancy engagement begins only when both parties have agreed scope, deliverables, and fees in writing, whether by signed agreement or by email exchange that clearly accepts a quoted scope.

The terms of any specific engagement (deliverables, timelines, payment terms, intellectual property, confidentiality) will be set out in the agreement for that engagement and take precedence over these general terms where they conflict.

SEO results

We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes. Search engines operate algorithms we do not control, and results depend on factors including your industry, competition, existing website state, and the consistency with which recommendations are implemented. We will be transparent about realistic expectations before any work begins.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Surrey Search Squad is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or its content. Liability for direct losses arising from a paid consultancy engagement is governed by the relevant engagement agreement.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law
